We show customers the parts that we have replaced and explain why the works were required. WE NEVER CARRY OUT ANY WORK UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS GIVEN PERMISSION.
Our workshop ensures that your Volvo follows and stays on the Manufactures Specified Servicing Schedule, using genuine or O.E fitment parts. We are aware that some 'Specialists' and even Authorized Dealers can not say the same.
One Authorized Dealer even offers a Silver, Gold or Platinum service system. This bares no resemblance to the Volvo Schedule , although it is priced attractively. The car simply may not receive what it needs.
When your car reaches a certain age/mileage, it must receive scheduled item changes set out in it's individual service schedule to aid it's complete reliability and to validate the warranty.
This also is the most cost effective way to run your car. Deviation from the Volvo Service statement can be extremely costly.
Your Volvo is plugged into the VIDA diagnostic system each time it is serviced. We can then report any logged faults to you and advise a course of action if required.
We have a full Class 4 MOT bay on site. This elevates any requirement to get the car Serviced and MOT'd on different sites. A one stop shop you might say!
